SYNOPSIS :

In this era of “reconciliation”, Indigenous territories continue to be seized by force. Invasion focuses on the resistance of the Unist’ot’en encampment, the Gidimt’en access point and the entire Wet’suwet’en nation against the colonial violence of the Canadian government and big businesses.

Michael Toledano is a reporter, photographer and documentary filmmaker interested in environmental pollution and Indigenous land issues 

Sam Vinal is a filmmaker, producer and director of documentary and narrative films rooted in the socio-political landscape. For him, film is the best medium to combine his passion for art and to denounce political issues.
